General Policy
IKM CARE guarantees only new, undamaged products. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Contact our Customer Service Center to begin the process.

If approved, IKM care will cover return shipping and any related fees. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–15 business days.
Note: Fraudulent or excessive refund requests may be restricted.

How to Request a Refund
Submit a 1:1 inquiry to our Customer Service Center including:

1. Your order number
2. Photos of the damaged or wrong product
   If you received the wrong item, also include a picture of the shipping label on the package.

Our team will review your case and guide you through the return process.

Refunds Not Accepted For:

• Items not purchased from IKM CARE
• Packages returned due to customer issues (wrong address, unavailable recipient, etc.)
• Change of mind or mistaken orders
• Requests made more than 30 days after delivery
• Products that have been opened, tested, or partially used (e.g., breaking seals, swatches, or missing packaging)
• Products that show intentional damage, alteration, or tampering (e.g., broken containers, spilled contents, or deliberately damaged packaging)
• Requests for different colors or product options
